At EasySoft Tech S.L. we take privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

We process the data you provide through the account, purchase and contact forms:
- Account data: name, email address, password (encrypted) and tax details (company name, NIF/CIF, country) required to issue the invoice and manage the license.
- Payment data: payment is processed through the Redsys gateway. We do not store your card details, which are handled directly by the payment institution.
- Contact and support data: the details you provide when you write to us or request a demo (name, email, phone, type of business).
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to:
- Managing your account, licenses and downloads — performance of the contract.
- Issuing and retaining invoices — compliance with a legal obligation.
- Handling and responding to your queries and requests — performance of the contract or legitimate interest.
- Sending product-related communications — consent, revocable at any time.
4. Lawful basis (legal grounds)
The legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract for managing your account and licenses, compliance with legal obligations for invoices, your consent when submitting the contact form, and the legitimate interest of EasySoft Tech S.L. in handling your request and maintaining the business relationship.
5. Retention period
We retain your data for the duration of the contractual relationship and, thereafter, for the periods legally required to address any potential liabilities (for example, tax and commercial regulations require billing documentation to be kept). Once it is no longer necessary, the data is securely deleted.
6. Data recipients
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required or when necessary to provide the service. The following providers may access it as data processors:
- Payment provider (Redsys), to process payments.
- Technology providers (web hosting, email), which process the data following our instructions and with appropriate safeguards.
- Public authorities when required by law (e.g. the AEAT).
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to [email protected], indicating the right you wish to exercise.
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access, in accordance with the state of the art and the nature of the data processed.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to adapt it to legislative developments or changes in our services. We recommend reviewing it periodically; the date of the last update appears at the top of the document.
