Every sale directly generates the Dolibarr invoice, complete with its numbering, taxes and status. It is not an imported document.
Stock is deducted at the very moment you take payment. No overnight processes, no discrepancies with the warehouse.
The payment is recorded at the same time as the invoice. Cash closeouts and accounting entries balance without you balancing them by hand.
