Installation

It installs as a module

The base program is not modified: it is enabled and disabled from the Dolibarr panel, respects per-employee permissions, and integrates with the menus and tabs you already use.

Compatible with Dolibarr 18.0 or higher (tested up to 21.0).

Runs on MySQL, MariaDB and PostgreSQL servers.

Do I need Dolibarr for this add-on?
Yes, it is a module that runs inside Dolibarr. If you don't use Dolibarr, the main version is the standalone desktop POS, which needs nothing else.
How is it different from the desktop version?
The POS features are the same. The difference is where the data lives: this module works on your Dolibarr database (the invoices, stock and customers of your ERP); the desktop version comes with its own local database.
Does it work without Internet?
If your Dolibarr server is on your local network, yes: the module works against that server, without relying on external services.
How do updates work?
Updates install onto the module, without touching the rest of Dolibarr.
