The integration

What your Dolibarr gains with the module.

A conventional POS forces you to duplicate data and "connect" the register to your back-office. This add-on lives inside Dolibarr, so all of that goes away.

  1. A single database

    Products and customers are not duplicated: the POS catalog is the one from your management system, and the customer you charge is the one who receives the invoice.

  2. The invoice is your Dolibarr invoice

    Every sale directly generates the Dolibarr invoice, complete with its numbering, taxes and status. It is not an imported document.

  3. Real-time stock

    Stock is deducted at the very moment you take payment. No overnight processes, no discrepancies with the warehouse.

  4. Balanced books

    The payment is recorded at the same time as the invoice. Cash closeouts and accounting entries balance without you balancing them by hand.

  5. No fragile integrations

    Point of sale and management are one and the same system: no connections dropping, no mappings to maintain and no syncs to keep an eye on.

Installation

It installs like any other module.

The base program is not modified: it is enabled and disabled from the Dolibarr panel, respects per-employee permissions, and integrates with the menus and tabs you already use.

Do I need Dolibarr for this add-on?
Sí, es un módulo que funciona dentro de Dolibarr. Si no usas Dolibarr, la versión principal es el TPV de escritorio autónomo, que no necesita nada más.
How is it different from the desktop version?
The POS features are the same. The difference is where the data lives: this module works on your Dolibarr database (the invoices, stock and customers of your ERP); the desktop version comes with its own local database.
Does it work without Internet?
If your Dolibarr server is on your local network, yes: the module works against that server, without relying on external services.
How do updates work?
Updates install onto the module, without touching the rest of Dolibarr.
